Here are a few pages from the journal I took along on last weeks travels. Quick and simple, nothing too fancy...
One thing I ended up really liking about these handmade journals is the variety of different kind of papers and how they interacted with each other. I used the whole vellum on top of picture/page combo a lot.
So the crazy busy month of July is over. And while I've loved just about every second of it, I'm really looking forward to some slow weekends ahead that can be spent holed up in my little studio exploring new ideas! hope you all enjoy the weekend ahead...
It looks like you had a great time. I'm liking the vellum thing-will have to give it a try.

Love it! I journal when I travel, but nowhere near this gorgeous.

This is great, and i say that from a man's point of view. You gonna love it in a couple of years when you would like to reminisce on the traveling you'd done.
